So, the time has arrived to pay that Piper. As a Canadian (albeit not officially) living in Singapore for the past decade, I have often enjoyed the fruits of other CAS members’ labour. Whether it was the Thanksgiving dinners, the Canadian Ball, or the occasional Pub Night a good time was always had. So, when the newly appointed CAS president (who happens to be a dear old friend) and the newly appointed CAS recording secretary (who happens to be my wife of nearly ten years) approached me to serve as the Maple Leaf Times’ new co-editor in chief how could I say no?
So here I am all set to do my bit for the Canadian Association of Singapore. If you like, or don’t like, what you’re reading, or if you’d like to submit an article of your own please feel free to contact either myself or Herman Scheuller by clicking on the link below and we’ll see what we can do. |
