REALMADRID CAMPUS EXPERIENCE

Dates: 17 - 21 June 2013 and 24 - 28 June 2013
For the very first time in Asia, the Realmadrid Foundation, representing Real Madrid, one of the most successful football clubs in the world, is bringing its popular CampusExperience programme to Singapore.
This programme aims to motivate and develop the skills of young football players in Singapore through a unique training methodology supervised by coaches hailing from the famed Real Madrid Sports City in Spain. The CampusExperience, to be held in June 2013, will allow youths to train like some of the greatest players in the world, including Cristiano Ronaldo, Iker Casillas, Mesut Özil and Angel Di Maria.
The CampusExperience also includes other training activities aimed at inculcating the values conveyed by the Real Madrid brand – respect, tolerance, humility, effort, leadership, self-control, fellowship, solidarity and teamwork – values integral to the development of outstanding athletes and individuals.
The CampusExperience is designed for youths aged between 7 and 17 years who are passionate about sports, especially football, and wish to learn, train and have some experience of how Real Madrid players develop as sportsmen. With two training sessions a day, the CampusExperience represents a unique opportunity for youths to experience a more active and healthy lifestyle than any sports fan in Singapore has ever dreamed of.
The CampusExperience should also appeal to parents who wish for their children to adopt and live by the values that Realmadrid Foundation represents and imparts to youths around the world, on and off the pitch, and to also lead more active and healthy lifestyles beyond the CampusExperience.

Calling All Curlers
The Equatorial Curling Club is ready to resume its activity after a break caused by......lack of ice.
We are looking for all curlers, Canadian or otherwise, and anyone wishing to learn how to play.
We have a brand new facility at the JCube rink in Jurong and hope to have our first match and training session at the end of January.
There is only limited ice time so we will have to play at midnight or close to midnight, probably twice a month. We are working out the details of a schedule with the operator of the rink.
With two sheets of ice we need 16 people to turn up at each session. So dust off your brush and come out and play!
For more information as we move towards our first session, please call Ron Popeski – mobile +65 82476745.
